5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if you feel an item does not reflect our description although we take great care with our pictures and descriptions to ensure that you see a true reflection of the item before purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery such as earrings, for hygiene reasons.
You can request a return by using our contacts form and also include a note in the returned package. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days and you are responsible for any returns shipping costs. For new items if the item is returned in as-new condition, you'll receive either a replacement or refund for the item's sale price. For vintage items, the item should be returned in the same condition as it was advertised on the website.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jewellery Past and Present and is protected by intellectual property laws.
